Committed through initiatives such as “Cherrysh” and “Cherrysh the people”, Bonpoint aims to reduce its carbon imprint, develop its partnerships with an ethical approach and puts the spotlight on the beauty of know-how all over the world with the support of talented women filled with energy, who work for the House. Thus, Bonpoint renews its collaboration with CSAO (Compagnie du Sénégal et d’Afrique de l’Ouest), founded by Valérie Schlumberger and her daughter Ondine Saglio.
These two pioneers of fair trade enhance ancestral techniques such as embroidery, highlighting the noble and rigorous work of embroiderers. From Dakar or Gorée Island, these women develop their creativity and blossom in a climate of trust through unique creations.
Embroidered by hand according to ethnical and centennial techniques, the essentials of the hippie chic wardrobe in denim (pinafore dress, overalls, cowboy shirts, mini shorts, totes, blouses and jackets) all come with superb “flower” and “cherry” embroideries or inscriptions.
