THE SPRING-SUMMER 2022 COLLECTION UNVEILS
ITS ECO-RESPONSIBLE INITIATIVES
For its summer 2022 collection, Bonpoint wanted to continue the shift already initiated by the house toward a more ethical and environmental focus, through the “Bonpoint Cherrysh” initiative.
THE NEWBORN COLLECTION
For its summer 2022 collection, Bonpoint wanted to continue the shift already initiated by the house toward a more ethical and environmental focus, through the “Bonpoint Cherrysh” initiative. Bonpoint is committed to the creation not only of fashion, but also of values.
While sustainability and the transmission of know-how have always been an integral part of the house codes, through the choice of quality materials and the style of its timeless designs, Bonpoint is now reducing its environmental footprint by creating more eco-friendly products.
The brand develops natural materials and uses plant dyes (not harmful to health) and recycled fibers as much as possible. The products are designed to comply with REACH and OEKO-TEX ® STANDARD 100 standards and all regulations governing children's products.

Organic cotton suit and shirt
The spring-summer 2022 collection also features organic fabrics like voile, fleece and cotton jersey. The Newborn collection features designs made from natural, soft, soothing fibers that are safe for the skin and respect babies' health as well as the environment.
This is the case for its onesies, blouses, shirts, sets, jackets, and blankets made from 100% organic cotton.
OUR LIBERTY FABRICS
The history of Bonpoint is inseparable from Liberty fabric which, over time, has become a signature aesthetic of the brand.
Liberty now offers an organic version of its Tana Lawn fabric, complying with the OEKO-TEX ® STANDARD 100.
In line with this approach, and in the true spirit of “upcycling”, vintage surplus Liberty fabrics have been overdyed to create new designs.

MORE RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS
The summer 2022 collection is thus multiplying "green" initiatives.
Among these initiatives is the “eco-wash” technique for manufacturing its jeans using new eco-efficient ozone technology, which reduces the use of water, chemicals, and energy.
The down jacket is made of water-repellent cotton, the recycled down is certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard).

Leather shoes with vegetable tanning, made in Spain.
Another of the brand's strong initiatives is the vegetable tanning of its shoes made in Spain. This ancient technique, which produces leather of the highest quality, is more respectful of the environment and reduces the risk of allergic reactions because it does not use any chemical substances.
CHERRYSH THE PEOPLE
Bonpoint is committed to preserving and supporting artisanal expertise by selecting and collaborating with craftsmen of exceptional talent from all over the world to ensure the production of fair trade and high-quality pieces featuring meticulous details, and designed to stand the test of time.

Hand woven elephant grass basket in Ghana
The summer 2022 collection showcases a new ethical partnership with a workshop in Ghana that crafts beautiful hand-woven baskets from elephant grass, which provides a fine-textured and resistant straw. This precious grass is harvested, dried, and woven on site using age-old traditional methods passed down through the generations.
Bonpoint also collaborates with an association of fisherwomen in Mali for its bracelets made from recycled plastic, enabling them to provide an individual and autonomous additional income.
