- The gift card can be a physical gift card purchased in France in Bonpoint boutiques, Bonpoint Outlet (excluding corners) or an E-gift card purchased via the link https://bonpoint.com/products/carte-cadeau.
- The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the Gift Card may no longer be used.
- The balance and expiry date of the Gift Card can be consulted by the recipient, either with a salesperson in the store or by authorized persons at Bonpoint France headquarters and Customer Service.
- If the beneficiary's purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, he/she must pay the difference by the means of payment of his/her choice. The beneficiary's purchase may be less than the value of the Gift Card, and the Gift Card may be used several times until its total amount is reached, within the validity period indicated.
- The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, even partially.
